We're going through some exciting changes as a company, but I want to assure you that these changes are all being made in an effort to better serve you. Seeing as we wouldn't exist without you, I feel I owe you a full explanation as to why these changes are taking place. 

The early days

We began as a student housing real estate company, but in 2007 our founders saw a need for alternative lodging options for football fans that were visiting campus during game weekends. In 2011, after experiencing positive feedback from homeowners and renters alike, we began expanding nationally.

We quickly grew from our humble beginnings to what we are today: the largest college football vacation rental company in the U.S. 2014 was a record year with rentals in 17 college towns across the country.

So, why the rebrand?

When we first started expanding, we wanted to remain a hyper-local service for each community. This led us to create a unique website, name, and logo for each town. It worked well in the beginning, but as we’ve grown this model no longer allows us to provide the best service possible.

Managing our platform from a single website will enable us to maintain the high level of customer service on which we pride ourselves. From a business standpoint, uniting under one name and website will allow us to build our brand and grow more efficiently.

The Mission and Vision for Rent Like a Champion

We plan to continue focusing on college football weekend rentals, but we also recognize the potential for expanding into broader markets. We’ve already begun bringing on homeowners for major events outside of college towns. As the vacation rental industry grows, we’ll continue to work to establish ourselves as a leader in event-based rentals nationwide.

Our team and ambitions have grown a lot since we started, but we’ll never waiver in our commitment to our homeowners and renters who have made us what we are. At times, we’ve sacrificed faster growth in order to maintain our quality and high level of engagement. Our healthy obsession with customer service is embedded in the company values, and that will not change no matter how much we grow.
